i love when seniors come to me with an idea for their senior photos that is completely outside the box. when i first talked to krista she mentioned two different kinds of horses that she wanted in her pictures. i was instantly intrigued!

this third time mom-to-be is exactly who they are talking about when you hear how pregnant women glow. pregnancy looks great on her! i was so impressed with how laid back and easy going she is. she braved the cold and wetness early this morning without even batting an eye!

i’m not sure if it’s possible for one family to handle any more cuteness!

  • Ronda Cannis - The day Erika was born I knew she was beautiful, you have captured what I had saw the first time I held her in my arms to this present day. You are a true natural with the camera. I love how you capture a story with your subjects. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the pictures. Now everyone will see how truly blessed I am to have the Z family.ReplyCancel

i almost jinxed myself on the phone with lauren’s mom on saturday. i told her that i have never had a session get rained out yet. of course, on my way down to monroe on sunday, it starts raining. luckily by the time i got down there it had stopped and we only had one rain delay during the session. lauren was a real trooper. it was wet, cold, and windy and lauren was barefoot without a complaint.

i usually take 3 photos of each pose, just in case there is a blink or stray hairs or something. lauren is very photogenic and i was pretty much looking at three exact copies when pulling up her images.

lauren is a member of the varsity cross country, basketball, and track teams for saint mary’s catholic central in monroe, so of course we had to do some with the varsity coat.

this beach is right in lauren’s backyard. it makes for gorgeous pictures. i really wish it was a public beach because i would use it all the time. (so, lauren, if you see a photographer trespassing in your backyard one day, don’t be alarmed and please don’t call the police. 😉 )

thanks again!

  • Courtney - These are amazing! Beautiful girl!ReplyCancel
