i’ve always wanted to do a session in an apple orchard in the spring when all the trees are in bloom. i was thrilled when this mom contacted me and asked for exactly that! (a big thanks to my friend becky and her family for letting me use her family’s orchard!). this was such a beautiful location for an even more beautiful family!
i love everything about isla’s 6-month session, from her sweet smile, to her gorgeous wardrobe, to her love of her thumb. i think i have a soft-spot in my heart for thumb suckers. my little (25 year old) sister (sorry katie) was a thumb sucker for many many years! i wasn’t a fan of thumb-sucking back then. i still remember laying awake in our shared bed listening to that sucking sound. but now-days, i love babies that suck their thumb. i may have even tried on occasion, to no avail, to get my boys to suck their thumbs. anyhow, here’s pretty isla!
this is mia! i did her newborn pictures just three short months ago. i have to say she started out adorable and just keeps getting cuter and cuter! i can’t wait to do her 6-month and 1-year pictures!
